AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

We are Startup Syria (Company, we, us, our), a company registered in Syria.

We operate the website startupsyria.org (the Site), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the Legal Terms) (collectively, the Services).

We provide information about startup support in Syria, helping founders through training programs and mentoring and investments.

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (you), and Startup Syria, concerning your access to and use of the Services. You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Services from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Legal Terms from time to time. We will alert you about any changes by updating the Last updated date of these Legal Terms, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change.

The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Services.

3. USER REPRESENTATIONS

• •Do not contain child exploitation material.
• •Do not contain offensive content tied to race, gender, origin, or disability.

Violation of this section may result in termination of your rights to use the Services.

6. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE

You grant us the right to access, store, process, and use data and feedback you provide. You retain ownership of your Contributions but grant us rights to use feedback without compensation.

7. SERVICES MANAGEMENT

8. PRIVACY POLICY

Suspended users cannot create new accounts. We may pursue legal action as needed.

We may modify or discontinue the Services without notice. We are not liable for downtime, errors, or discontinuance.

These Legal Terms are governed by Syrian law. Courts in Syria have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.

You submit to the jurisdiction of Syrian courts for disputes arising from these Legal Terms.

We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the Services at any time without prior notice.

14. DISCLAIMER

The Services are provided as is. We disclaim all warranties and are not responsible for errors, downtime, viruses, or third-party products and services.

15. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for direct or indirect damages, including lost profits, data, or revenue. Liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past six months. Some jurisdictions may not allow these limitations.

16. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
